Digital Marketing Manager/Associate

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project management of website development and maintenance projects, including stakeholder/legal approval and translation

  • Manage and coordinate process to execute digital marketing campaigns

  • Manage maintenance process to ensure all requests are responded in a timely manner

  • Ensure overall project tasks and deliverables are met within provided time frames

  • Ensure all pages are accurate, function properly and comply with the bank’s regulatory standards and design requirements

  • Generate website traffic analytics dashboards & reports for key stakeholders

  • Participate in execution of digital marketing objectives, including regular stakeholder meetings and vendor relations

  • Consult with Client & Marketing Strategies, Product teams and business stakeholders to ensure that website initiatives align with business platform strategies and deliver corresponding solutions to achieve the overall goal.


Digital Capability

  • Works closely with Search, Analytics, Design and Online CRM teams to prioritize resources and effectively design, measure and implement all programs

  • Optimize and develop new lead generation capabilities to increase online conversion, increase specialist leads, and develop robust, interactive sales tools to show a measurable increase of ROI from e-Marketing investment.

  • Implement Search Engine Optimization to drive revenue by increasing the number of qualified visitors to the Small Business and Commercial Banking websites.

  • Leverage internal impact & influence, industry and channel research, and tracking capabilities to identify effectiveness of online marketing campaigns

  • Develop partnerships and align resources to achieve efficiencies; includes working with Web Properties, Client Marketing Strategy, Product, and Online Marketing to develop a pro-active operating environment.

  • Maximizing sales within the digital channels to increase sales and client retention (digital to digital, digital to offline, assisted and straight-through transactions) through integration of triggers, behavioural marketing, optimization, and chat within the public sales channel.

Must Have Skills:

  • Experience with Google Analytics 
  • 3+ years marketing experience with a fortune 500 company or a financial institution

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Technical skills: html, javascript, .asp, perl, xml and photo editing software

  • Experience with Saleforce Marketing or Sales Cloud and Adobe Web Services
