Our client, a luxury, high-rise residential Real Estate development firm is currently looking for a Director of Sales candidate.

You will be responsible for the following duties inclusive but not limited to the following: 

  • Monitors opportunities to adjust sales prices, that maximize profit and acceptable rates of sale
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Frequently research the residential sales market in the GTA
  • Prospect and network for new business, customer opportunities and broker relations
  • Oversee all administration including documentation and paperwork
  • Responsible for using experience to price all new projects according to the pro-forma
  • Create full sales plans for each residential project prior to launch
  • Provide input on advertising and promotional plans

In order to qualify for the position, candidates must possess the following skill set: 

  • Post-secondary diploma in business or related area
  • Minimum 2-5 years Real Estate experience, development or investment focused
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Thorough understanding of agreements of purchase and sale and the sales process of pre-construction development
  • The ability to pre-qualify customers and close sales
  • Strong planning, researching and organizing skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills
