Finance Professionals Inc. is a Canadian staffing firm specializing in temporary and permanent placements of Accounting & Finance Professionals. We are currently seeking out ambitious intern co-op students and recent graduates for our Recruitment Coordinator Internship in downtown Toronto.

Your Recruitment Coordinator Internship will provide you with valuable Recruitment, Sales, Marketing and Administration experience and practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting searches using ATS, LinkedIn and Indeed to identify suitable candidates for placement
  • Screen resumes and conduct telephone interviews to determine suitability for in-person interviews or direct placement
  • Study job descriptions and job qualifications to then create job ads on multiple platforms
  • Assist with online branding by posting articles via LinkedIn
  • Assist Recruiters in full-cycle recruitment process
  • Monitoring job ads and assure applicants are continuously contacted
  • Some sales and marketing calls to current and prospective clients

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a relevant college or University program
  • Highly skillful with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, customer Service skills, focus, and willingness to succeed

 

Additional Info:

  • This is a paid internship with a duration of 3 months minimum
  • Possibility of permanent job opportunities after successful completion of internship, according to business and client needs
